Angie earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sports Marketing and her Master’s degree of Education in Student Affairs at Clemson University. She began her coaching career in 2004, when she interned at Train 4 The Game while working as a personal trainer at Mecca in downtown Austin. She joined the Train 4 The Game staff full-time as a performance specialist one year later.
Training:
While Angie was playing basketball, volleyball, and running track in high school, she was recruited to play basketball for the Lady Tigers at Clemson University. As the starting point guard, Angie helped lead the Lady Tigers to Clemson's first ever ACC Basketball Conference Tournament Championship. The Lady Tigers were then trained by current University of Texas basketball strength and conditioning coach, Todd Wright. It was during that time that Angie, under Coach Wright's leadership, developed a passion for learning how the body works and using that knowledge to help others achieve their goals and live an active, and pain-free life. Angie is a certified personal trainer and a member of the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Over the course of her athletic career, she has been trained by some of the top coaches in the country. In addition to these experiences, Angie and her Train 4 The Game teammates studied and implemented the principles taught by Gary Gray. She has also had the opportunity to learn under Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach, Logan Schwartz. Angie is dedicated to continually improving her knowledge so she can better serve her clients. Angie believes that everyone is an athlete in the game of life. Whether they are a competitive athlete or someone that simply wants to live a healthier, happier life, all athletes deserve the opportunity to move efficiently and free of pain. Angie demonstrates her passion for coaching and helping others reach their full potential every day at Train 4 The Game through her dedication and loyalty to her clients.

Training Style (In Three Words):
Fun, Challenging, Rewarding
What Actor/Actress do you believe should portray you in a movie?
Betty White, because she is great and all my darling co-workers make fun of me because I'm the oldest trainer at Train 4 The Game. What jerks!
If you could go to dinner with any four people in the world, who would they be?
I don't like to eat with strangers. They never tell you when you have something stuck in your teeth. I'm going to have to stick with family and friends.
