2010 Summer Complete Athlete Groups!
The Complete Athlete Group is offered to athletes ages 12 and up, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 1:30 to 3:00 PM. The speed, agility and reaction camps focus on optimizing our athletes’ functional capacity for movement and performance. The program will highlight movements that are required by all sports such as:
- running
- backpedaling
- shuffling
- jumping
- hopping
- leaping
- skipping
- lunging
- balancing
- squatting
Movement patterns such as acceleration, deceleration, movement transition and speed of movement will receive special emphasis. The strength and power camps focus on explosive movements, as well as cutting edge resistance training that will translate directly to improved performance in your sport.
