2010 Sport Specific Camps!
The Sport Specific Group is offered to athletes ages 12 and up, Monday through Friday from 9:30 to 11:00 AM. Each of these camps offers a competitive, intense and focused approach to improve performance goals essential in each sport. Athletes looking to take their game to the next level will improve speed, agility, reaction time, strength and power required by their sport.
- Basketball: June 7-11, June 21-25, June 28-July 2, August 9-13, August 16-20
- Football: July 12-16, July 19-23
- Volleyball: June 14-18, July 5-9, July 26-30
- Lacrosse: June 7-11*, August 2-6
