At Train 4 The Game, we believe our clients’ bodies are as unique as their fingerprints. We question why conventional wisdom and traditional training methods, to this day, have personal trainers treating and training all of their clients the same exact way without regard for the clients own unique movement patterns and their goals. So, we use our evaluation protocol to identify where your body is at this time in your life and your own personal goals.

It does not matter if you are a beginner to exercise, resuming training after a layoff, or a pro athlete. This evaluation gives us the knowledge to help you efficiently and most effectively achieve success. After the evaluation, our movement specialists will then set up a personalized training regimen for you. This will be designed specifically for you to maximize the time you spend training.

Aside from achieving your personal goals, you can expect to:

Simply stated, If you’re not “in shape” according to your definition, we’ll get you “in shape” and beyond. If you’re already in “good” shape, we’ll make you better. If you’re already in great shape and “know what you’re doing,” we’ll challenge you to get in the best shape of your life.

What’s more is that you’ll continually redefine what “in shape” means to you. As you achieve another landmark in your physical fitness, you’ll establish new goals for yourself. We’ll progressively challenge new boundaries in your training, and you’ll achieve peak levels of fitness and performance that you previously thought were unattainable.
